Operating Requirements
To run the Virtual Events Platform (VEP) listed below is the system requirements to run VEP
  1. Operating System: Windows or iOS
  2. Internet speed requirements (5mbps or higher)
  3. For best experience, please use the latest Chrome browser
ACCESS
​You will received the access to the platform 1-2 days before the event. As shown in the image below you will received the Platform URL, registered email address and your password to the platform.
LOGIN PAGE
Once you have clicked the link you will be redirected to the login page
Please enter your registered email address as well as your password as provided in the email in order to login 
OVERVIEW
Once you entered the platform will see the Lobby. On the left side of the screen you will see all menu available for you to navigate during the event.
PROFILE
Once you have logged in you will be redirected to the lobby. The first thing you should do is updating your profile (Add profile picture, description, linkedin profile and etc)
To update your profile, you can go to the top right corner and click on your default profile thumbnail.
Click on Profile to update your details.
UPDATING PROFILE
​Once you have clicked on your profile you will be able to upload your photo by clicking on the upload option available. For best view, you can upload image with ratio 1:1.
You can fill up your details i.e. First name, last name, organisation, designation and a brief description
You may also use your Linkedin profile by providing you Linkedin page url on the bottom left column as shown in the image above
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO UPDATE THE PROFILE FOR CERTIFICATE PURPOSE
LIVE STREAMING
Live Streaming menu will show the on-going event that are currently happening at that time. You can click Join Session button to enter the session
AGENDA
This menu allow you to check on itineraries of the event. In order to access the agenda please go to the left side menu and click on Agenda
Once you have clicked on agenda you should be able to see all the agendas for the event as illustrated below. 
Once you are in the agenda menu you would be able to see all the agenda throughout the event.
SPEAKER'S PROFILE
In order to access the speaker profile, use the panel on the right and click on the Speaker section you should be able to see all the speaker
You can click on the speaker profile to check out the speakers’ details 
EXHIBITORS
​In order to access the exhibitors page please click on the exhibitor on the left panel and you should be able to see all the exhibitors’ profile. You can click any of the exhibitors to view their information.
In the exhibitor details you can find their contact information, social media link, product & services, promotional video and brochures
