Registration Guidelines
The registration is via online ONLY.
You will receive a confirmatory email of acceptance.
The registration fee depends on the date of online registration. Online registration and payment is now available and will be closed on 4th October 2021.

Please read the instruction carefully.

Instructions:
1. Determine the category of your registration fees (kindly refer to table fees below)
2. Please choose MYR for Malaysian delegates or USD for international delegates (according to your designation)
3. For IAPMD member (pathologist only), please contact Dr Norizal via email ([email protected]) to get your promo code for IAPMD MEMBERS registration rate prior filling the online registration form.
4. Please make sure that you have an email address prior to filling in the online form.
5. A notification email and the receipt will be sent to participant email upon registration. Please check your inbox or spam/junk box.
