80-year-old lady with intermittent chronic otalgia for 2 years associated with reduced hearing. No nasal or constitutional symptoms. On nasal endoscopy, an incidental right septal mass / polyp was noted. Both fossae of Rosenmuller (FOR) were clear. The right septal mass was completely dislodged during biopsy and submitted for investigation.
